Structure
SUS 304 stainless steel wires are woven into uniform square openings and then pickled and passivated to clean and protect the surface. An optional electrostatic powder coating creates a low-reflection dark finish and can be matched to common frame colors.
Working Principle
The woven 304 wire carries load through crossing points and resists everyday deformation in a correctly assembled screen frame. Its chromium-nickel alloy composition provides reliable corrosion resistance for normal indoor and outdoor building exposure.
