Closely reinforces local unstable rock masses and fractured slope faces.
Cable Net for Broken Rock Faces and High-Strength Slope Anchoring
Cable net uses high-strength wire ropes to form the main load-bearing mesh for fractured rock surfaces and steep anchored slopes. It transfers tension through anchors, boundary ropes, and clamps, making it suitable where ordinary flexible mesh needs higher tensile strength and stronger load distribution.
The system is suitable for steep rock slopes, tunnel portals, road cut slopes, and fractured mining slopes. Rope diameter, mesh spacing, anchor pattern, edge rope, and clamp details can be designed according to site conditions.

Product Advantages
- High-strength cable: Wire rope mesh forms stable tensile load transfer between anchor points.
- Adaptable to complex terrain: Can be configured according to slope shape, geological conditions, and protection level.
- Strong system compatibility: Can work with anchors, support ropes, and connectors to form a complete protection system.
- Custom specifications: Size, material, surface treatment, and accessories can be adjusted by drawings or project requirements.
- Easy maintenance: Clear structure supports later inspection, local replacement, and routine maintenance.
Structure
Cable net is usually composed of high-strength wire rope mesh, inner fine mesh or chain link mesh, anchors, boundary ropes, clamps, and tensioning nodes. The outer cable net carries the main tensile load and connects anchor points, while the inner mesh stays close to the slope surface to restrain smaller stones and weathered layers.
Working Principle
After tensioning, the cable net connects hazardous rock blocks and fractured rock faces between anchor points into an integrated load-bearing system, transferring local rock pressure to the anchors and stable rock mass. The inner mesh stays close to the slope surface, helping restrain smaller stones, reduce fragment fall, and improve overall slope stability.
