Stainless Steel Security Mesh

Stainless steel security mesh combines woven metal strength with practical ventilation, visibility, and insect exclusion. SUS 304 and SUS 316L options allow the mesh to be matched to general building, humid, or coastal exposure conditions.

It is used in security doors, windows, balcony protection, ventilation openings, and fabricated screen systems. Steel grade, mesh count, wire diameter, panel or roll size, coating color, and frame system can be specified before production.

Product Advantages

  • Woven metal strength: Interlocked stainless wires distribute force across the screen.
  • Material selection: SUS 304 and SUS 316L options suit different exposure conditions.
  • Ventilation and visibility: Square openings retain practical airflow and outward sight lines.
  • Corrosion resistance: Passivated stainless steel supports long-term building use.
  • Fabrication flexibility: Panels, rolls, wire diameters, mesh counts, and finishes can be specified.

Structure

High-quality stainless steel wires are woven in perpendicular directions to form stable square openings. The mesh is pickled and passivated after weaving, with optional powder coating available for a darker appearance and additional surface protection.

Working Principle

The interlocked wires share impact and tension across the woven surface while the open area preserves airflow and outward visibility. Selecting the appropriate steel grade and wire diameter balances security, corrosion resistance, and ease of fabrication.
