Low-visibility insect screening for fixed frames.
Invisible Screen Mesh
Invisible screen mesh uses fine SUS 304 stainless steel wire to reduce visual obstruction while providing dependable insect control and ventilation. The dark, low-visibility surface helps the view through modern doors and windows remain clear.
It can be integrated into fixed, sliding, casement, and retractable residential or commercial screen systems. Mesh count, wire diameter, roll width, cut size, color, and frame compatibility can be tailored to fabrication needs.

Product Advantages
- Low visual obstruction: Fine dark wires make the installed screen less noticeable.
- Stainless steel durability: SUS 304 wire provides stable everyday performance.
- Fine insect barrier: Consistent 20 × 20 mesh is available for common insect control.
- Natural ventilation: The open woven surface allows air and daylight through.
- Multiple screen systems: Rolls and panels suit fixed, sliding, casement, or retractable frames.
Structure
Fine SUS 304 wire is precisely woven into consistent square openings, with 20 × 20 mesh and 0.175 mm wire available as reference specifications. A pre-coated polymer finish darkens the wire and protects the surface before cutting and frame installation.
Working Principle
Thin dark wires absorb light and minimize reflections, making the screen less noticeable from normal viewing distance. The dense, even openings block common insects while allowing air and daylight to pass through the door or window.
